The Human Resources (HR) department acts as a strategic partner to clients, placing human capital at the center of a high-risk, labor-intensive industrial sector.
We ensure that every insulation, remediation, and scaffolding activity is carried out by competent, motivated, and protected personnel.
Our HR pillars:
• Safety as a Culture (Safety First): Not just regulatory compliance, but active promotion of a safe work environment, working closely with the HSE service for continuous training (specific risks, work at height, PPE).
• Respect for Rights and Social Sustainability: We ensure strict compliance with workers’ rights, collective bargaining agreements, fair compensation, and working hours. We promote diversity, inclusion, and human rights across the entire supply chain.
• Technical Talent Development: Management of training plans for technical specializations (insulators, scaffolders, painters/sandblasters, asbestos removal workers, etc.) and career development paths.
• Operational Workforce Management: Personnel administration (attendance, leave, travel), with particular attention to logistics for staff involved in industrial maintenance (plant shutdowns, site operations).
