Termisol Termica's HSE department is structured around a RSPP (Health and Safety Manager), who also serves as the Integrated Management System Manager (Quality, Environment, and Safety), with guidance, coordination, and control functions.
The RSPP/SGI Manager coordinates the activities of the ASPPs operating at production units and construction sites, typically located within factories or industrial complexes where the company performs maintenance activities.
The internal Prevention and Protection Service provides ongoing supervision and operational support to line functions (particularly Site Managers), ensuring regulatory compliance and the implementation of company procedures. Its objectives are to:
prevent injuries, accidents, and near misses;
ensure legislative and contractual compliance as required by sites/clients;
ensure the maintenance and improvement of the Management System (Quality, Environment, and Safety).
Main activities of the Prevention and Protection Service / HSE
Field safety management (operational control)

Performing routine and extraordinary HSE checks at construction sites and operating units, including checks on behaviors, equipment, procedures, and operating conditions.

Support Site Managers in implementing prevention and protection measures and applying internal and host site safety procedures.

Promotion of good HSE practices, awareness-raising activities, and dissemination of operating rules.

Management of safety non-conformities detected or received internally or externally: initiation, classification, definition of corrective/preventive actions, assignment of responsibilities, effectiveness verification and closure.
HSE document management and legislative compliance

Management and updating of safety documentation and applicable legislative requirements (procedures, instructions, records, SGI documentation).

Planning and monitoring deadlines and compliance: periodic checks on vehicles and equipment, records and checks, suitability and enabling documents.

Coordination and monitoring of medical visits and health surveillance of staff, including management of deadlines and eligibility.

Support in the preparation/management of documents required by host sites (e.g., evidence of compliance, registrations, certificates, qualifications, and authorizations).
Staff training, information and education

Planning and delivery of mandatory training in accordance with current regulations, including:
• initial delivery
• periodic updates
• tracking and management of deadlines -
Coordination of operational training (where necessary) to ensure that personnel are effectively competent with respect to the activities carried out in the field and the clients' requirements.
Operational support for waste management and construction site housekeeping

Coordination, in support of the Site Managers, of waste management operations:
• Disposals
• Management of forms and related documentation
• Operational relationships with haulers and authorized facilities/landfills -
Support and oversight of construction site housekeeping activities to ensure order, cleanliness, proper segregation of materials, and reduction of related risks (tripping, spills, fires, operational interference).
Operational quality and non-conformity management

Development of Quality Control Plans in support of the Site Manager, consistent with contractual specifications and the standards required by the site/client.

Management of construction site quality records and evidence (acceptance, in-process, and final inspections).

Recording and management of quality non-conformities (incoming and outgoing): initiation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, effectiveness verification, and closure, in coordination with operational functions.
